Return & Replacement Process

Step 1:
Raise a return or replacement request within 7 days of delivery if product is wrong, damaged, or missing.
Step 2:
Our team will review your request within 2 working days.
Step 3:
Courier pickup will be arranged from your address.
Step 4:
After inspection, replacement or refund will be processed.

Eligible Conditions

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged or defective product
  • Missing product in order
  • Expired product

Non-Eligible Conditions

  • Used or altered product
  • Missing original packaging
  • Return request after 7 days

Refund Process

  • Prepaid orders refunded to original payment method
  • COD refunds processed to bank account
  • Refund completed within 3–5 business days

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before shipment confirmation.
